Our ministry serves to engage in spiritual outreach support, guidance, and fellowship activities for the entire church body. The concept of "membership to discipleship" is the foundation for the continued spiritual growth and involvement of all church disciples. This ministry is supported and administered by appointed officers and deacons. All disciples of Faith are assigned to one of 12 C.A.R.E. teams based on their zip codes.

Each C.A.R.E. team is responsible for contacting and welcoming new disciples, sending cards, contacting or visiting the sick and shut-in, reaching out to disciples who have not been in regular attendance, hosting a fellowship activity for their team, assisting those in bereavement, encouraging others in times of need, and assigning prayer partners. The ministry's annual activity is the New Disciple's Reception.
